Spiritual direction is the ancient spiritual practice of meeting with a spiritual director to listen to your life for your own inner wisdom - whether you call that wisdom your "inner teacher,” the "sound of the genuine," or the voice of the Sacred. Spiritual direction is an intentional relationship, dedicated to the spiritual growth of the seekers looking for spiritual direction in their life. I am here to listen to your story and to be an encouragement, not to impose my own version of what your spiritual journey should look like. You are invited to come as you are, where you are, who you are… and to know that you will be loved, prayed for and supported.
